CPU TECH EARNS ISO 9001: 2000 CERTIFICATION
FOR QUALITY AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

PLEASANTON, Calif. –December 14, 2004 – CPU Technology, Inc®. (CPU TECH) a leading provider of high performance computing solutions for military and commercial markets, announced today that it has been formally granted ISO 9001:2000 certification by the International Organization of Standardization (ISO) for its company-wide quality and management systems.

ISO 9001:2000 certification requires that every aspect of an organization’s design, development, production, installation, and servicing meet quality and performance standards set up by the ISO. CPU TECH’s ISO 9001:2000 certification further validates the company’s commitment to the continuing process of quality and systems management improvement.
